Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital services — refund eligibility depends on activation/usage.
Important: TuneMCN provides digital services. We do not ship physical products.
1) Cancellations
You may cancel ongoing plans/subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Any already-used service period is generally non-refundable.
2) Refund Eligibility
- If payment is successful but the service is not activated due to a technical issue, you may request a refund.
- If the service has started / been delivered / used, refunds are generally not possible.
- Duplicate payments (same order/transaction) may be reviewed for refund after verification.
3) How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@tunemcn.com with:
- Registered email / username
- Transaction reference / payment ID
- Reason for request
4) Processing Time
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (bank timelines may vary).
